On the way home from our service at Hosmer Toyota, the low air indicator came on in our car. I was disappointed that air pressures were not correct upon leaving the dealership.

I'll be bringing it back on Monday because the new fobs do not start the car like normal, they only start via remote start. Also, remote start seems to require a regular startup also (as in, remote start, shut down, then restart as regular). Other than that, I'm satisfied.

Wade did a super job with the repair of our Highlander. He immediately took the vehicle in and assessed the problem. He gave us an accurate estimate and timeline for the work. He also provided a loaner vehicle and kept us informed via text messages to let us know how things were going. Wade also worked with our insurance company providing the necessary paperwork. He was professional and a pleasure to work with. He is an excellent representative of Hosmer Toyota.
