The problem was not Wade Roberts. Wade was friendly. However, I am bringing my Prius back to the dealership next week for the third time for the same issue (cruise control). I have paid $324 for an issue that has not been fixed. In addition, I have spent $2300 the past 3 weeks. I think I need to be compensated for some personal cost. I live 40 miles from the dealership. It will 80 miles round-trip three times for the same issue. Wade said he could perhaps give me a couple oil changes. Once again, I would need to drive 80 miles round-trip for a free oil change. I drove home right after I picked up my car.My cruise control did not work. It was working fine when I brought the car in for repairs on Friday the 19th. Something had to have happened when the car was being fixed. It is too much of a coincidence, for that not to be the case. I don't want to spend $2000 fixing the car to have something significant to be not working immediately. Steve

Hosmer always does an excellent job with servicing my vehicle. The only complaint I have is that I left my car at the service center to have a sensor put in. I asked about rates for a clean and vacuum and was told it would be cleaned and vacuumed for me upon arrival. When I picked my vehicle up it wasn't cleaned or vacuumed
