The employees were courteous, helpful, and thoughtful every step of the way, from answering the phone when we first called up through picking up our car and turning in the loaner (which saved our vacation and got us to our family gathering.) The service manager on Saturday was receptive to our concerns and seemed completely forthright about the potential versus actual issues with our car and at no point did we feel pressured into any decision. Everyone was kind and courteous to our kids and our dog, as well. Your staff made an otherwise nightmare scenario of being broken down hours from home and our destination as pleasant and stress-free as I imagine possible.

Adam knew what was needed for the 90,000 mile checkup. My car was there for 24h and had over $560 worth of service done. Although I did not request one, it would have been nice to have a complementary car wash while it was there. The low tire light is still on. Thanks-

We had our engine replaced. Since then our vehicle has been in a completely undrivable state. The interior lights do not work properly anymore either. I have taken this vehicle back several times since and have gotten almost no help. If we can help it we will never be back. I understand things can cascade and go wrong, but the interior lights worked until the vehicle was there. We never had an emissions light on before they had it. And now there is a noise coming from under the hood, likely from the throttle body, that we also have not had a problem with since we replaced that part. We plan to never buy another Chevy and will plan to avoid Hosmer Toyota.

I drove my vehicle less than 2 miles and it broke down again. Adam did come pick me up and they towed my vehicle back to the shop. I am very thankful for that ride back and the loaner. But something is very not right with my vehicle, it is a new issue it has never had before, so I'm very frustrated at the moment.
