Every time I bring my vehicle in I feel like I am barely listened to and what I ask for doesn’t all get done. I asked that my recall work be done along with an oil change and tire rotation and I asked could you please do the complimentary vacuuming? Why do I even have to ask? If it’s complimentary doesn’t that mean it automatically gets done? Yet every time I come in it does not get done. If it is getting done the vacuum needs a filter change because it does a terrible job! Many times I also have to remind someone to apply the discount for the oil change. Maybe my expectations are too high.
