David did the best he could with what he had to work with. My car was worked on promptly and I appreciate that. It was not his fault that on this occasion the problem was complicated by a problem that was not previously diagnosed and needs a part not available at the Hosmer dealership. It will require a separate visit to complete the repair work. I live a 1 hour drive from this dealership, their inability to secure the needed part was not welcome or helpful.

Not a huge deal but I thought a vehicle wash was part of the service but vehicle was not washed. So I ran my vehicle thru the Mills Fllet Farm wash after my service.
