I came in because my light came on and it had been 5,000 miles. I assumed that met I needed an oil change so I had that done. When they were finished they said yeah by the way when u reach 5,000 u only need your tires rotated your oil is good till 10,000. Then they said how my oil didn’t even need changed, so why did they change it and not tell me this till after. Very upsetting I paid for an oil changed that I did not need. It’s expensive. And a complimentary wash they rushed through there was still bugs all over the front and windshield. It’s rude to treat your customers like this I just bought a car from u guys and I should be treated better.I would like a free oil change this is ridiculous.

What a great experience. Made a call, Jason got me tires same day. Next day had me in the shop. Installed and on the way home in around an hour.

Good friendly service even though it was the start of a holiday weekend the and they were very busy, the staff were still polite and friendly. We drive 40 miles to have it serviced there and am very pleased!

I was told my seat would still be under warranty. I was charged $112 for them to remove it and adjust. My final bill was $654. They also called me wanting me to buy $1100 worth of new tires. I declined. I paid my bill and decided I would not return. Sadly for the dealership my next new car will not be purchased there.

i think its very unprofessional that a service dept employee chose to confront my grandpa and deliver completely false, unnecessary information. i had to hear it from a grandma that my grandpa was humiliated on the job by the words spoken and false complaints. an employee told my grandpa that in a "loaner car", upon returning it there was found to be "tons of spilled orange pop, dog fecies and tons, almost clumps of dog fur." few things: 1) i dont know a soul that drinks orange pop 2) i examined vehicle and am not blind or a dirty person so no dog poop 3) i am allergic to pet fur and dander so our dog IS HYPOALLERGENIC AND NON-SHED ive had her 3 years and have yet to see dog hair 4) SHE RECENTLY GOT SHAVED!!!!! 5) I SIGNED OFF AGREEING TO ALLOW NO PETS IN VEHICLE SO THERE WASNT ONE 6) this car experience has been a complete joke and inconvenience and regret. i had my previous car for 12 years and didnt have this many problems as i have with this car in months. it left lot w broken door handle, no display radio lights to even navigate / control sound, bad battery i believe and that first night i had it, i got pulled over by a sheriff and accrued my first ever warning due to BREAK LIGHT BEING OUT!!! i have spent 40$ out of pocket on a/c coolant and got told time before this that i have a slow leak somewhere but let know if progresses. nothing personal to whoever is reading this as im sure this was not you who overstepped boundaries. I am not a dishonest person so therefore I know that I did not leave a borrowed vehicle in that condition but just for the record, if somebody did what is cleaning a car compared to all of the money and headache and hassle myself and my son have had to go through?
