Jason, as well as the entire Hosmer team, made a negative experience much easier. I was sold substandard gasoline at a local station, and Jason worked through every step of the process with me. Pat Sills, provided us with great advice when we initially called, and the service team made sure we were informed at each step of the process. Thanks to the clear communication of the service staff I have been able to get the company who sold the gasoline which caused the issue to fully compensate the expenses. We appreciate the care we consistently get at Hosmer Toyota!

I was very satisfied with my experience with the exception of being billed for a tire rotation that I didn’t request. My tires have now been rotated my last 3 service appointments. The first time I was asked and I agreed. The last two times I was not asked but they were rotated anyway and I was charged.

Jason was fine, but wanting $1300 to fix Pruis EPU power steering makes me not want to own older Toyotas any more. This is twice now Hosmer Toyota has quoted an estimated repair bill over $1000, and we take it some where else, and get it fixed for $300. I think I need to get rid of older hybrid so I can just by pass Toyota diagnostic services....
