Picked up right where we left off on the needed repair of our dome light an had us on our way I a jiffy. One thing that my Toyota dealer did back in New England was to run it through the car wash, n/c. Even if there were a charge I would have done it but back east there were no dirt roads and the car was new. You service Dept is great.

The repair and everything else was great. The tech that worked on my vehicle left a couple of smudges on my driverside door and brake fluid on the brake master cylinder. Other than that everything else was great.

Dave, Jason and Adam have all been great to work with. Since my husband passed I’ve had to rely on these guys to help me with my vehicles. I’ve had other places in the past try and take advantage of me. Fortunately I have mechanics in my family I can verify things with. These guys always treat me with respect and have never made me feel stupid. They explain things to me and always call and check with me before doing anything extra with my cars.

Like the service and valet. Don't like all the texts and calls during my work day. Very disruptive to my workflow. When they called- did not ask if I could talk. Would be nice to get one text telling me the work is done and asking me when I can call to pay my bill, and listing the price. The 'auto'texts are not helpful.
