I was there just a few minutes ago, Today is August 9th. I dread talking to the gray haired guy behind the desk. Not sure is name but he is annoying and dumb. So glad I could talk to someone else today. Talked to that Mr. No Knowledge on the phone yesterday. Makes me not to want to come there or buy another Toyota again. He cant even get his facts straight. Adam was busy when I was there, so at least I was able to talk to the other guy. I told the guy about my conversation with Mr. No Knowledge yesterday. He be littles people. He needs to get his stuff together. Sorry Cindy

I was not happy with my complimentary car wash. I have a unique truck it is completely linex,and a rag was used to dry it off. Fuzz all over it, and was not clean.

Jason was fine. I had a problem with scheduling. I was told parts had to be ordered. I asked to be contacted for a time to get done. No one followed up with me to set up an appointment when the parts were available. Need better follow up system. Ron
