Lug nuts right front were all loose in less than 70 miles from tire rotation to the point that 5/5 were VERY finger tightenable and steering wheel was shaking. Also phone number on stamp on service sheet isn’t even correct so I had to get phone number from internet

Sorry Dave, I did not recognize the number msg were coming from and saw Joe and since this is my phone i was ignoring or deleting. It is my car and I see to it that it is taken care of. Always bring it to Hosmer's I was totally happy with the communication and care given it. Love the extras provided, picking up and delivering it, free wash and vacuuming. AND Getting rid of the cardboard in my trunk. THANKS
