I called on July 8 to set up an appointment for a transmission flush on July 13. I stated that my father-in-law would be driving my van over from Algona and will need a loaner car so he could get to work in Mason City. When he arrived on July 13 there were no loaner cars available. My father-in-law was supposed to get to work shortly after 8:00 AM and wasn’t able to get there until after 11:30 AM. Had I known that there wasn’t a loaner car available I would not have scheduled the appointment.

The tires were ordered fast and you guys got my van in almost right away to get them put on and was very fast. I didn’t have to wait very long at all. Maybe 40 mins if that.

Everything i paid for was great. Only thing was windows and vacuum that was said would be done as a courtesy weren't done very well. I think only inside of windows and front area vacuumed.
