Jason went above and beyond in helping Sara and I with the 2019 Highlander electrical problems (battery drainage after sitting 3 weeks) and check engine light due to low voltage. Our schedules are extremely hectic and we had no way to get vehicles to Mason City for troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance. Jason listened to our concerns and requests and put things into motion in a timely fashion. He communicated issues and resolutions to our problems clearly. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and hard work of Jason, Rick Brunsvold and also Jeremiah staying in touch with us. The reason we buy two new cars at a time revolves around Sara and I being treated like family at Hosmer. I thank all of you for your hard work and dedication. Jason deserves a Bravo Zulu

I received such kind, helpful services at Hosmer Toyota! I was thrilled at how welcomed I felt in a town I’ve never been to and in a scary and stressful situation when my car broke down. I was taken care of and put completely at ease from the moment of arrival. They worked efficiently and quickly and got me on the road as soon as possible! Thanks for everything!

Jason was awesome. Very knowledgeable about the service my truck needed. I was visiting from out of town and thought my truck was going to have big problems with what was a happening, but the service department found it was Not as serious as I thought, which was such a relief because I was visiting from a long way away. I wish I lived here, so I could bring my truck here all the time. Thanks for such great service! Scott.
