We were on our way to Decorah from Des Moines for a family vacation with our extended family when the rear air suspension stopped working. Fortunately we were able to limp our way to Mason City and Hosmer Toyota where we were greeted by Jason. Not only was he extremely nice but also accommodating especially considering we were traveling with our 3 year old and 7 month old. Jason offered us a rental car to drive around town and then came and told us that if we could wait 15 minutes they’d have a nicer rental available. He then came and told us that we could take the rental car on to Decorah and bring it back on our way back to Des Moines which was fantastic as we were able to spend more time with our family. Thank you Hosmer Toyota and specifically Jason for making it a great experience when it easily could have been a terrible experience. When the need arises for us to purchase a new car we will definitely be looking at Hosmer when prior to this experience I had never even heard of the dealership. Thank you!!!

Always pleased with the Mason City Toyota service, wish service was as good in New Mexico so I didn’t have to drive 1000 miles to be taken care of properly!!

I thank our daughter, Tammy George and your Salesman, Pat Sills, for introducing my husband and me to Lyon's Toyota back in the early 80's...we/I will never ever purchase any other vehicle other than a Toyota!! Dave, you were/are a fabulous p.r. greeter and you were very professional when I checked in the Service Department yesterday morning..you kept me informed as what was happening "back in your space!".
