Let's see.....previously my sister warn me about the horrible service. I decided to give you guys the benefit of a doubt. So when my vehicle started having an issue my husband drop off vehicle at the dealership. I received the vehicle back the same day, so I'm thinking my sister is over reacting this was quick and painless, right? Unfortunately the issue was not resolve. I learned this while trying to take my daughter to school and I couldn't even start the vehicle. Fortunately for me my sister was here and she gave me a ride. So I called to setup another appointment for the same issue. Due to the holidays I had to wait 4 days to be seen and once they took it in they kept the vehicle for an additional 2 days. My husband received a call from the technician during that time and demanded the additional key fob. First of we are pretty reasonable people and had no issue with coming back if need be but don't talk to me like your doing me a favor, and secondly we are paying for the service so common curtesy is a given. Finally I went to pick it up. Now this is the first time of me being in the dealership. Today, I can tell you with 100% certentie that the customer service in LA Motorvillage is terrible. As I walked in no one acknowled me, workers were passing me left and right but none stopped to asked if I, "the lost girl" need it help. I approached a rep and waited while he finished attending another frustrated customer. Once it was my turn he got my name and sent me to the cashier. Which I had to find because he gave me no direction. The cashier got my name, told me to signed some papers and then told me to walk outside. Apparently the vehicle was fixed, but I expected someone to explain or at least inform me what the issue was and what they did. Instead I had to read the paper to get an idea. I can assure you that this is the last time I take my car there for repair . You need to talk to your staff and train them on they're customer service skills , cause little by little you will be losing customers . I took my time to explain exactly what happen I hope you used this information and take action on the matter .

My vehicle was .not serviced. They had it for two days, I did not have a rental car. And, my car is in the same conditioni if not worse than before I dropped it off for service.

I've been utilizing this dealership for my service needs for the past five years or so. It's a very convenient location, I'm happy that I have a familiarity with some of the service staff members that makes my visits and appointments go much smoother. Shout out to Jorge, I really appreciate his help with my vehicle these past few years.

My rep was very nice. Mr. Hilbert was knowledgeable and help me with recall experience for my jeep . My concern is with the customer experience I received when I arrived at Motor village. I introduced myself to a service advisor "Renee" He was rude mean and nasty. I asked for a manger I spoke to the service mgr. He apologized for the way renee acted. At that point I said I would never come back. It soo sad that your nice rep hillbert was overshowed by the actions of rude nasty renee. BALINDA C

The recall service was not fixed completely, only the driver airbag was replaced, I do not know why the lady who schedule my appointment didn't tell me that you don't have all the parts needed to perform a complete recall service now I have to come back again and lose another working day because I drive my truck to work and It takes all day to get it done, honestly so disappointed. I guess I'm gonna have to find another dealer to fix my truck

My car was there for nearly 4 weeks and to get a estimation of any timeline was nearly impossible. Finally the new manager took over and really helped explain a timeline and got me into a courtesy car. The bill for my rental car and it up being Over 1000 I love my jeep but will do whatever I can to not have to come back to this dealership. The new manager and the woman who works with the courtesy cars are amazing though!
