Brought my car in for a recall (R25) received my car back, horn was not working. Had to take my car back to repair the horn. Get the horn repaired and as I'm driving to work, I hear a scrubbing noise in the steering wheel when I make right or left turns. Called the service manager to notify him of the issue. He asked me to bring the car back in so it could be looked at. I was advised that the airbag cover was causing the noise.

Hi I came in on Saturday for an oil change and apparently they were just going to check the tire pressure., I was told it would be 1 and 1/2 hours, and almost 3 1/2 hours later i went down to the service dept to find out if my car was ready and really to complain, i had a 9:30 am appointment. I was there few min before 9:30 and waited on line for 20-30min which i understand they're busy and i expected to wait a bit but twice the time that was given to me? When i complained the service guy said "we're always busier on Saturdays, and its not our fault, talk to Sue Hey(?) she's schedules the times".....so i talked with Sue who is always very good and nice, and she said "not her fault but the service dept, " so i never got a I'm so sorry, let me see what i can do, instead i got not my fault, just the way it is ...no one had an answer and a woman I sat with for more than 1 1/2 -2hrs who had a 10am appoint, her car was finished over an hour before my .....appoint at 9:30 car was ready. ...........i realize what happens, i work in a dr's office we run late, things happen, but as a nurse i try to show some apology, how can i help, let me see what i can do, etc. I may just be looked at as a ....."oh she always complains, or you just read this and delete this and write this off as a woman who complains etc etc, but i would suggest if you work in the service business, be of service to someone, don't make an appoint with someone for 9:30 tell the person its 1/1/2 hrs and it iends up being 3- 3 1/2 hrs

It took almost three weeks to get my Jeep serviced. Gilbert is wonderful to work with but I feel that he doesn't have any back up or assistance. I would like to discuss this with Abraham.

Rene's customer service was superb in regards to assisting me with getting my car serviced and explaining what was being done. However, the driver airbag recall R25 service was completed. The horn was working prior to service, and is now not working. Taking the car back to get it looked at.

Seemed to be understaffed--staff seemed frustrated. Could not get everything I needed during my visit. The staff was too busy. Additionally, I will have to get a third opinion regarding my brakes and shocks. One company told me I needed them and the report I received during my service said my brakes and shocks were good. There's a huge discrepancy there that I need to get recitified.
