You guys are familiar with my Chrysler Town & Country and I rather for motor village take care of it than any other mechanics. There are lot of rip offs out there and I dont trust them with my van. Please continue to look out for me snd my vehicle. Thank you motor village. MUCH LOVE ALWAYS!

I was happy with the way my vehicle was taken care of but the customer service is terrible. I tried contacting the service department to check on the status of my car and was constantly put on hold. After a while of waiting the call would just end and I would have to call back. I did not appreciate being put on hold for over 3 mins and having the call end without explanation. I was very disappointed with my latest visit.

I brought my car in at 7:15 am on Monday for oil change and broken plastic back tail light. I am called not till 4:10 pm and left a message on how much the tail light was and if this cost was ok. I appreciate that. But I call back ( cause I have a job) at 5:05 am and say yes move forward- then told-"oh. We do not have the plastic tail light in stock.. and since I didn't call back quick enough( ( less than 1 hour) we would have to order tomorrow- and I would not get my car till late wed or Thursday". 1) why can't Jeep stock something soooo basic as a plastic tail light? 2) why doesn't Jeep call me pronto in am that I bring my car in- when they know I told them I needed this complete so I have time to call back and say move forward? U had my car for 3 days!!!!!!! For this stupid plastic tail light- ridiculous!!!!! Then.... I pick up my car Thursday morning st 7:45 am- I am literally the only person there- not a single person bringing their car- I pay pronto no problem- takes Jeep 20 minutes to bring my car to me! 20 min! No one around- - not a single customer. They called twice to retrieve my car- this problem is every time I ring my car in. Waiting 20 or more minutes to just bring my car down- again- ridiculous!

Hector was very nice- got my vehicle in for oil change right away and as I requested to let me know if anything needs to be addressed at 56,000 miles. He was very honest and even brought mechanic over to talk to me about an issue I thought I had with vehicle. I like that... All is good!

The service of Hector Jimenez is very good, but unfortunately the service with the repair of my truck MAster has been bad since it has more than 14 days with you and do not give me any solution, the van is my tool of work and I have left To work for more than two weeks and have been affected my economic income since I have lost many days of work, so I need to help me find a solution or give me another vehicle to continue working on what you solve The problem of my truck, I hope you can communicate with me soon to tel. ****-****-xxxx Att.
