Was told when I arrived that the work would be done in one hour. After two and a half hours of me waiting, my truck was finally done. Way to long for an oil change and tire rotation. Never received an update, while I waited in the customer lounge. Also, the recommended oil fir the truck is synthetic. Don't believe this oil was used

We showed up at Colley to have a bed liner and to to cover installed. Ford had a rental car waiting for us and all the paperwork done before we got there

Fiona was off on Friday it was not her fault! I have my truck in twice and both times it wasn't looked at until late the second day not great service.

Fiona was great she made sure she communicated with me about when I would get my car. However, the rest of my experience was horrible. Upon getting my car serviced for a recall on the transmission I was not offered a rental or any transportation making it extremely hard to be without a car for those days. When I went to pick my car up, the car was dirtier than when I took it in and I was left with a completely empty tank. Nobody even explained to me what happened to my car an what was done. I was given my paper and that was it. I was extremely disappointed with my service. All the other Ford dealers I have been too have given me way better service than Colley Ford. I will never return back to this one.

Michale did a fine job but I will not be happy until Ford comes up with a fix for my car windows. I find it very disturbing that you would knowingly sell me a defective car and expect me to be happy and gracious about it. It's very inconvenient, annoying, and unsafe. If anything happens to me or my husband because of this issue there will be hell to pay!
