Should have known the cost of additional service suggestions. When i questioned the cost of a wire blade it went from $25 to maybe $18 - she could check if I wanted to wait.

When service is done, there is too much slack time between when he car leaves the garage to when it's delivered to the customer. I guess it's just inherent to car dealers, as Longo is horrid. You aren't so bad, but keep this in mind, especially when customers are "waiting" and it's not just a drop off.
