Ford Motor Company needs to have parts in stock it took over 7 weeks for my part to be shipped to Colley Ford from Ford Motor Corporation. I have a 2013 Ford Explorer it's not that old of a car.

I loved the fact that Rudy shared his personal cell phone number on my work order. It showed me he really cared about the quality and care of the service he is providing! No one does that...I respect someone that does that and know I am in good hands. Imagine if he was horrible, I technically could call him all night long to bug him while he's sleeping (which I would never do)...but the point is, I'm sure I'm not the only one he has done that too which just tells me He cares! Great job Rudy! Make sure you give him phone allowance to cover these calls ????

Two days job took more than two weeks and not done , I asked to keep me up to date emailing me or be phone calling and never happens, I got charged for $90.00 for job never done. It was really super bad service. If you want to hear more call me o ****-****-xxxx.

Do not bother contacting me. I will never return to Colley Ford to have any of my vehicles serviced or repaired. The interior of my Ford 350 Diesel was covered in dirt as if the windows were left open. Dashboard, seats, floorboards and door panels. Colley claimed to have washed the exterior which was also filthy. After paying $11,000.00 for a new engine you would think the Service Dept. would provide me with a clean truck.
