After you rotated my tires the vehicle was not the same even though my tire thread is low you can still fix the vibration by balancing the tires. My truck is not the same after I picked it up from Colley Ford not happy not returning to your dealership

To whom it may concern: I was made aware that the wheel lock for my truck was not the correct key, in fact it was completely wrong. It was a spark plug socket. I have not had my tires rotated by anyone else other then Cooley Ford. While picking up my truck I voiced my concerns that how did a spark plug socket show up and not the wheel lock key. I asked the service writer to ask the tech, and he told me that he did. I want to know how exactly this happened. There was no offer to help or to just take care of it and help fix it. Instead I got, well you are Gino to have to break them off! I am not happy, this is in no way my fault as I have not rotated my tires sincce Colley Ford did my last one change and also, checked my front end.

I'm still waiting on parts, you are not done. I asked for you to check on parts availability and the service team would not do it and assured me they could get it in a day at the most....NOT. Communication has not been good either. I do not know the status and you think I'm done?

Michael was great to work with and very professional. No complaints on his end. Another unknown associate, however, misplaced the alarm key fob that was attached to our keys when the vehicle was received. We are still trying to sort out the situation currently.
