Great job..... went out of his way to help me with my SD for my GPS
When I picked up my truck it was completely filthy dirty. I had to go to the nearest gas station to clean the windows which I would expect the dealer to at least clean windows after I’ve paid $2500 for service.
George did a great job in providing service that I expected. The only complaint I have is that an approximate 7 hour repair job had my car **** for two full days.
George had amazing customer service and made sure to keep me updated throughout the time my vehicle was gone. Couldnt have had a better experience!

After spending over $1200 at your dealer I received a car that was filthy, covered in dust, and the brand new tires I had bought from your dealer still had the new blue paint on the walls, they couldn't at least wipe THAT off? If this was my business, I'd be ashamed to return a customer's car in that condition.
Our air conditioner actually came back worse. I suspect something is wrong with the blower now in the rear air conditioning. Also, the tint is bubbling and needs to be fixed. It was not free and since we worked it into our payment it will end up costing us more than a typical tiny job. We want these things fixed. Just a simple job done right will satisfy us.

Clearly, Jon and Kimberly know the true meaning of Customer Service. I have never been treated so well at a dealership. EXCELLENT service and my car was fixed immediately. I am a very pleased customer.

I do nut understand the problems found with my vehicle. After I got home I read the part where the mechanics suspects that the oil may be contaminated by coolant. And no one discussed this with me during the day or at time of pickup. That would seem to be a serious problem
I had an appointment at 8:30 for an oil change & new windshield blades. Was told it would be 1 1/2 hours. I had to call in to see if it was done. (11:50) it was not done. Than got a call @ 12:25 it was ready. Got there, paid & waited for my truck. The guy came & asked for my paperwork than returned a few minutes later and said they couldn’t find my keys. Waited for maybe 10-15 minutes as another guy who got there after got his truck & left. Don’t say it’s gonna take a certain time & it doesn’t plus evrytime I’ve gone there before I’ve ALWAYS had to call to see if my car was ready. Never once have I been contacted. Not good customer service.
The GM should review my case and give me a call. We have bought many cars from you but will never do that again. The service was appalling
I thought I needed brakes but they were very honest and said no not at this time. Honesty in business is number one!

Took my truck in Wednesday afternoon and it was the worked on until Friday. All I’ve done with it is drive it home so I don’t knock yet if it was repaired properly. Service representative Mr. Keith did a good job in dealing with me.
