George and your device department were extremely professional and we had a great experience. This includes our shuttle driver as well. Didn't get his name but we had a great time and conversation on our ride home. 5 stars today.

He was knowledgeable, patient and gave me the time I needed to figure out what my next move will be to fix my car. He also spoke to me after I left to review my 6 year history of ongoing services I've received as Larry being my original service manager. Michael filled in for Larry in a truly professional manner and I look forward to receiving assistance from either person in the near future.
