I had to take my car back in a second time because technician did not calibrate correctly. I understand things happen but no one said anything about my inconvenience. Would have been good customer service to at least acknowledge the inconvenience.

Mark **** was knowledgeable about his job and he provided top tier customer service which made my experience with colley ford very enjoyable.
Michael Isip trusted his workers to fully charge and wash my vehicle prior to pickup, but they left him looking really bad. Even his manager said, "It's our fault." The workers need to be trained, especially on electric vehicles to properly serve the customer.
I expected my car to be washed prior to picking it up and it was mot. That is a great treat that has always been dine.
Great service like always! Was told car would be ready in 1 1/2 - 2 hours but was ready in 1 hour....awesome!

I am pleased that Heorge made sure I got my car back on time.
The service took more than 2 hours for an oil change. Granted, it took about an hour to notify me of completion of the oil change. The extra time was a result of extended work that needed to be done. I okayed the suggested work, but the parts were unavailable until the afternoon and it would take an additional two hours of labor thereafter. My schedule couldn’t accommodate the length of time to get it done. I assured Ford that I would bring it to a Ford service center closer to my new residence, but I wasn’t given a time frame or assurance of what would be feasible when I drove off. I would have appreciated a first hand viewing/inspection of the damage that needed to be remedied and/or alternative actions or referrals to ensure my car was promptly and properly worked on given my schedule.
