I told mark not to fill the window wash fluid tank as the stuff you uses doesn't work in Colorado but they did it anyway now I have to drain it and but in some stuff that will work in Colorado

Poor Ford quality. I was passed around to various service men who did not help rememedy the problem. I had to call the Ford dealership in Michigan.

Hoped they would have thought as much about my vehicle as I do. The oil change light was still on in my dash and when I asked about a buff on an area that was originally brought back for when I bought vehicle I was informed needed checking on due bill. Guess 2 hours wasn’t long enough time. Almost was charged for my first service as advisor never mentioned it or ran through what was done or when to return for next service.hoped to continue services where I bought vehicle through you now I’m not so sure.
I dropped off my car on Tuesday morning at 7 am for an oil change and to have the transmission evaluated. My car was not ready until Wednesday afternoon. I didn’t get any updates from the service guy (Mark) and was only updated when I called to inquire about the vehicle. It took a day and a half t get my car back, this is unacceptable. Furthermore, the hesitation and shuddering coming from the transmission is “Normal” and cannot be fixed. This vehicle along with the dealership has been a true disappointment.
