I took my car in at 7am and by 2pm it still was not looked at. I would have liked to known the service department was that backed up before making the appointmenr. Then on top of that I was get charged for two diagnostics. That is u heard of. I have never been charged for someone to checks the brakes then check the oil. A diagnostic is a complete diagnostic one fee. I will say I am very disappointed I have brought my car in many times and this is the first you guys have done a bad job. I will probably be cancelling my appointment and find another dealer

Was very happy with customer service.
Well, I got my car back and it was running worse than when I brought it in.
I don't think they test drive them before they give them back to the customers.
The moment I drove it it sounded wrong and ran terrible. The next morning I had to bring it back because the engine looks got was flashing.
Now my hazard lights don't work.
They never reprogrammed my automatic windows, remotes, alarm.
George is very nice, but that's the only thing I was satisfied with.
I now have to return to see about my hazards that were working before, that are not now working. The button doesn't even push inn. I had missed a day of work, because of all this. Really not happy with the service.
