I really enjoy how convenient your service is. Today is Friday so I made appt. for Saturday morning to have oil change. Got off early today and you were able to squeeze me in. Now I have all Saturday to do what ever I want. Thank You!

Two hours from dropping off vehicle to courtesy can drop off at home. Vehicle not worked on that day because technician went home. Very frustrating and inconvenient experience.

I had originally contacted ford service in la puente to have the same thing done, and they called told me me it was a simple fix, and would charge me 30 dollars. I went into glendora because it was close to my place thinking it would be the same, you guys charged me 125$. So no I'm not satisfied, and I am confused about the price difference. I don't think I will do maintenance here anymore.
