Called Mark about scheduling a recall service on my wife's Mustang. Mark told me to bring it in right away and they would get it done. Took it in one day and the work was completed the next day. In addition to the recall they checked out the vehicle for needed maintenance and returned the car after washing it. Great customer service and the reason we bought our last car there.
They treated my car as though it was one of their own and I got it returned to me exactly how I had handed it to them. Job well done
The technician did not completely fix items I noted to the service rep that were not working.
Now I have to come back on another of my rare and valuable weekdays off, after already renting a car for 2 days and returning that, and try to figure out transportation while this unfixed item is looked at.
Michael Isip took the extra step looking into what the problem my truck was having. He found the answer, which was not a problem, but an automatic sensor built into the truck which corrects, what I thought was a problem. Michael was extremely helpful and look forward to having him maintain my truck running smoothly.

Eric McCown helped me get my 2003 Ford explorer serviced for an oil change with multi point inspection. After it was finished he thoroughly explained what was needed and what could wait. I appreciated his candid truthfulness regarding any needed repairs and the cost and giving me alternatives. He was professional and kind. And the mechanic that worked on my car a look do did a courteous wash, which I didn't expect because my car was so old
I have extended warranty and a service plan. I do not think I should have to pay a $100 deductible for checking on a potential problem. No work was done . I have been looking at purchasing a new truck. This will definitely affect my decision whether I buy another Ford or not
