Thursday to set an appointment on Saturday I said I needed my car serviced he didn’t ask me what I needed I then told him don’t you want to know what I need done and he said oh OK you can tell me I told him it was making a noise he said OK I’ll see you on Saturday. When my husband arrived on Saturday he said they could work on cars on Saturday they just did the oil change but I wish I would’ve known that or we want to came in Saturday so we had to make an appointment for another day to fix the issue that I originally called for I think that the technician or service person should’ve told me that when I initially called
