Truck was delivered after service with black handprints on drivers door, hood, both front wheel panels. Work done on truck seemed ok, but more attention needs to be paid to returning vehicle clean. I had just washed truck.
After oil charge leaked oil on my driveway and had to take back. Wasn’t sure if oil plug was loose or if filter wasn’t tight.
Eric took care of right away though.

Well....I expressed my concern that there was an excessive amount of feed back on the steering wheel. Ford, as Stupid as they are....rebalanced tires. Was it successful? NO!!!!’

Tried to get info on vehicle at 12:30. Out to lunch. 1;30 out to lunch. Left message. Gave up Finally got call astound 5:30. Yeah. Ready. I live in Corona sat 45 minutes waiting for any response. Then you don’t take checks? First visit after buying truck there Very disappointed. My salesman passed me on no how you doing. Then no answers just no urgency from anyone
