The vehicle has been excellent since our purchase from Colley Ford in 2014 .
During a routine oil change at 40000 miles I discovered a transmission leak and the fluid was dark not red . A recall notice convinced me to schedule the service at the dealer. All 3 recalls were addressed and the axle seal leak was covered under powertrain warranty . It took 4 days to get car back but overall quite satisfied with outcome .

I made an appointment for 7:00 for a simple service so I could get my truck back at a reasonable time. I received an e-mail after 11:00 that service had begun. After not hearing anything I called at 2:30, after being transferred around several times I found out that nothing was started on my truck and it wouldn't be ready before 3:30 because it was written to be completed by 5:00. Also the mileage wasn't written correctly. My truck turned over 20,000 miles, it was recorded over 22,000 miles. I arrived at the shop before 7:00 this morning and was the second vehicle written up.
I just found the plastic covering on the front of my car hanging .I will be bringing it back tomorrow the 21st,Friday.

Gary kept me informed at all times as to what was
happening with the repair of my F150
Larry did a good job and was able to beat the expected service time he originally quoted. Two unfavorable notes that are not related to Larry, are the long lead time to get the recalled air bag inflator replaced (ETA Summer of 2017) and problems uploading Sync updates. Phone support did not answer and the dealership quoted 120 to update.

Larry France is always helpful, and I have confidence in his desire to have my best interests in mind when I bring my truck in for service.He does not force any unnecessary service on me. Of course, it would always be nice if the costs were lower, but idon't imagine Larry has much control over that.
