Larry has provided best in class service, I have all three of my vehicles serviced at Colley Ford. I had Larry as my service advisor from Claremont Ford and have followed him to Colley due to the amazing level of service he has provided me. In all I have had six cars serviced with Ford and I know Larry will always get the job done in time and correctly.
He was very nice to my mom with everything we will ho there again with her car.

Gary was very understanding regarding my concern for the problem with my car, I had waited nearing 3 hrs for a truck to take me to the dealerships, from the time I arrived at Colley Ford Gary was a extremely professional but caring as he could see I was a basket case. He told me he thought he knew what the problem was but it would take a day or so fix the problem. I told him I didn't have the money for a rental and said not to worry that he had a car loner from the dealership for me until the car was fixed. He gave me a cost estimate and we went from there!
My tires are wearing unevenly, and it was not mentioned that I may need a wheel alignment. Also incorrect information was written on the report regarding the tires .
Larry was so helpful about what was happening. I've had other people (not there) who could care less. He's a keeper
While Michael was fine to deal with, it took 3.5 hours for an oil change. What is the point in making an appointment when the car didn't go up on the rack until 3 hours later? And that was only because I asked if my car was done. I was then told it would take 45 minutes for something that only should take 20 minutes. Just as I thought, It ended up being 24 minutes. Initially, I was told it would take an hour and a half which is completely unacceptable given the fact that I made an appointtment. While Michael compensated me with a free service, I will not be back. I will not be BS'd. Just tell me the truth rather than wasting my time. I will also be posting this review on Yelp and Google.
Larry (service representative) did a very good job. What I wasn't appreciative of was Colley Ford's refusal to provide a loaner car to replace my 13 month old, fully warrantied car while it was laid up in the shop with apparently very odd symptoms that yielded it totally inoperable for a week. I talked to Larry and another service representative at Colley Ford and got pretty much received the same answer: "Ford warranties don't cover that". Along with a bad fuel throttle problem a few months ago, this brand new car has been out of commission and inoperable for 2 weeks of the past year without Ford (or Colley Ford) providing me with some kind of option for transportation. This does not speak well for the product or customer service policies of the Ford Motor Corp. I love the Explorer when it operates correctly but am disappointed in it's service record for me and Ford's apparent lack of concern for this customer.
