I arrived before your opening time but didn’t leave until 1pm , that’s too long a waiting time. Turner is a very polished professional and tried hard but was alone. I ended up paying almost $250.00 for diagnosis, despite the fact that in my conversation with your service department the day before, I was told that the problem would be RESOLVED , NOT DIAGNOD with a payment of $258.00. Perhaps a more candid communication with your service person on the phone would have simplified the matter, making the one hour trip during rush hour worthwhile

As always Mr. Turner provides excellent customer service. Each time interval of service he takes the time to explain what maintenance is truly in your best interest for your car.
Mike is simply THE BEST! I always know that my car will be well taken care of and whatever questions I have are answered on the spot. He knows every detail about my car. He is always so polite and friendly. He's a gem and a great representation of the Lincoln brand.
The low oil light is showing up again
After I took it back today to get it checked out and gave the car back to me saying it's ok ( not ,)
The warning came back on again low engine oil pressure!!!

Car door latch was broken in service when I told the person handling my service needs I was told that they brake all the time and that they are not responsible for the latch breaking and that we don’t know who broke the latch implying that I broke the door latch. Talk to the manager didn’t get his name he said he would fix it if I came back the next day . When the next day came I got a call saying they wont fix the door latch because the mechanic said he saw it was broken but he didn’t break it saw you all are now trying to charge for something I didn’t do and now I’m stuck with my door not being able to lock and unable to open my door from the inside. So no my experience was not a good one .
