I’ve always received professional and great service from MIchael. He’s knowledgeable and honest. If for any reason, something isn’t fixed and/or working properly after getting my car back after servicing—he makes sure that it gets rectified as soon as possible with urgent efficiency.

Michael Turner is a good service rep. However, there is a side to him, that can be stubborn. In most recent visit, I brought my car in because the new battery from East West Lincoln has gone bad. But Michael insisted that I OK any additional repairs in case it was determined that the job was not related to the battery. When I asked him to call me, in case there is a charge, he was not ok with it. He wanted to move ahead without having to call me. I had to say YES. But in the end, all was well. He did not charge me. But all he did was put in a new battery. All electrical shorts in the car, that may have caused the problem, that made me bring the car into the shop, we’re not checked out.

I am very surprised to receive this text after Miscommunication correspondence was horrible with Michael and customer relations by way of shouting match and accusations of me lieying was the worst with Andy. Am very dissatisfied and regret using and referring family and friends to EWLM.

Me turner was a great guy. For the little amount of time of me being there. He took the time to come over sit down next to me and show a presence. Appreciated that. But even talking to him over the phone he made a shot situation into a nonshit situation hahaha. Thank you for helping me and hope y’all keep up the good work mechanically and customer service. It appeared there was some problems with faxing the invoice to the Ford warranty company they claim the warranty facts was too dark for them to read because of that payment was delayed and so was my car please either fix your fax machine or invest in a new one.
