Very great customer service. Very pleased. Exceeded expectations.

I arrived at 7:50 am there were two cars ahead of me outside the garage. I believe there were atleast 4 cars on the inside the door was closed. 8:25 am I went in side to ask what the hold up was now I was just asking a question. The agent was smart with me and said that there were cars in front of me. Which I already new. So I just walked back out to my vehicle. Finally around 8:38 am the doors open and I drove in. Told the gentleman that I was getting my oil changed. By the way I drove up from Florida because that is where I live. I have least three vehicles from here since 2012 because of the Professionalism of my Sales Agent Mr. Nathan Gray I chose to come up here and buy my cars. I also had a small nick on my door and talk to the body shop agent in his booth who was very professional and advised me to go to the parts department and buy a color stick and he would assist me. The young man at the parts department was very unprofessional. I was talking to him and not once did he look up and address me eye to eye he was on his computer. Even though he did find the part (paint stick) He said that it would be there after lunch. I decided not to get it because I thought I would be gone way before lunch. Well after sitting in the waiting room and saw my vehicle in the service area I thought I would have been long gone. Went back in the bay area and looked in the service area my vehicle was not in the service area. Twenty minutes later after walking around the lot in places I was aloud to. I went back in and asked where was my vehicle. The agent said that it was probably being washed. I always bring my vehicles for service already being cleaned. So when they washed my car they washed some of the tire dressing that I had on off. I was very disappointed with my visit after coming up here for service witch will probably be my last. I have Dealership in Daytona and St. Augustine Fl. If it wasn't for my Sales Agent Mr. Nathan Gray I would not even purchase from East West Lincoln anymore. I am retired but when I was working I worked in the field of dealing with customer. I believe that some of your employees have forgotten what customer service is all about.
