It’s like having a friend take care of your car working with Mike. I’ve been coming there for over 20 years and Mike and the way he keeps me up to date on the stays of my car and works around my schedule is the reason why! Completely satisfied customer!

MICHAEL always treats me like family I didn’t have an apt and I walked in and he said he would take care of it and had me in and out very quick I am so happy that he works there because with my other vehicles that are not ford or Lincoln’s I have to make an appt and they will not accept walk ins

Job was well done. I arrived at 7:15 am. I was the fourth car. My car was being serviced from 7:30 am to 11 am. That was a long wait. It seems that waiting time for an oil change takes longer each time I need one.

I made appointment on line for 8:00 am. There were cars lined up ahead of me. But at 8:00 Mr OWENS walked up to my car with the service tag and told me he would take care of everything. That made me feel so special! I went to the waiting room. Mr OWENS came in to give status report and I received an update on my phone. My car was serviced in less time than estimated. I had a wonderful experience. Thank you Mr OWENS and Lincoln for the first class experience!

Work performance was good but there a new situation . The tire lock key is missing. So, work performance was not complete. The tires were not rotated. They were not pulled or rotated or inspected. The rest of the work was done .Thank you.
