I purchased my vehicle new from East-West Lincoln Dealerships in July 2003. I have been servicing my 2003 Lincoln Navigator at East-West Lincoln Dealerships going on 17 years. I have always been extremely satisfied with the rental car and the GREAT SERVICE. That is why my Lincoln Navigator is still running great and I plan on keeping my vehicle for another 17 years and continuing my great service at East-West Lincoln Dealerships. Kevin W

Mr. Turner is always helpful and easy to talk to he makes sure you are aware of everything . Diamond was great wit the loaner service . I was disappointed to still have water in my floor when it was returned I expected to have it wet vacuum when the issue was fixed

Mr. Owens is indeed a credit too your organization he explained everything to me and his team did right. Please note the gentleman who drove me home to get my wheel key was also great in assuring me it was no problem. Please note I was most appreciative of the kind lady that I spent my short time with awaiting for my car to be serviced. In closing I thank for such a great team of professionals.
