I had a slight emergency with my vehicle, called the dealership and was immediately told to bring the vehicle in for service. My wait time was low and the finished product delivered successfully. The service team was understanding and quite pleasant. As usual, I was thoroughly satisfied with my time at East/West Lincoln!

courteous, friendly, and cares to provide the best service. I called Mike when I got home and reported how all audio is not working, he assured me then told me to bring the car next day, but the next day the audio worked and I called Mike to update him, he told me to call him if there is any problem. I like that and I’m so glad I have a Lincoln ????
