Michael stepped up to the plate and was clear in what could be done and then was able to over deliver. I was told by Koons in Annapolis that they couldn’t take my car till -Aug 3 and would need it at least 3 days. Michael set the appointment last Friday for this Monday and had the work done by that afternoon. Awesome experience well worth the trip!!

Service to my car was excellent and repairs that was needed on the car was done. The only problem I had was The price for the oil change service and The maintenance as a whole was much too high. I didn’t experience paying that much in the past.

The service manager was very helpful, however when I Got my vehicle back there was black smug on my door and glove compartment. I would think the techs would have cleaned up behind themselves.
