I had to come back several times before they got my car right. Then they told me that I needed a right strut for my car and I didn't even need that part so I went out and got work done to my car that I didn't even need to do because of Lincoln.I pay them almost $1600.I feel like I should get some money back

I cannot help but wonder if the screwed on cover under my vehicle fell off because it wasn't properly screwed on after the recent oil change and service.
