Michael Turner and the whole services team are great. All was helpful in the process. When Mr. Turner had stepped away from his booth, another service advisor and manger stepped in to assist with any concerns, I had. East West Lincoln has a rare, exceptionally, great service team. Appreciate all the updates and the call when my car was done unlike some other places which can be frustrating. As far as the work, it was a recall and I hadn’t noticed anything wrong with that so I can’t say there’s a difference.
