I have 24 years of excellent service done by the Lincoln dealership. I purchased the first model of the Lincoln Navigator (1998-2004-2013) and the service has always been fantastic. All I can say is continue doing what you are.

You need to hire more technicians. My car was in your shop from Wednesday to Tuesday for what ended up being a 15-30 minute fix. I appreciate my new service rep Tony but he needs to be more up front when asked if anyone has looked at my car yet. I’ve been a customer of EW Lincoln for a very long time and have purchased three vehicles over the time and this is the first disappointment I’ve had. I looked on line for other service dealers and the comments for your location weren’t so great but the comments for Silver Spring were the complete opposite. I don’t want to go elsewhere but if this continues you leave me no alternative.

Everything that needed to be repaired was presented in the beginning of the conversation. My car was cleaned inside and outside and this was the very first time that my car was cleaned inside.Customer service was great!

Being a customer for over 15 years I have never had any problems with EWL, your owner has been the Best along with my friend Don Caldwell and nan of the staff, although I Miss Michael also was a great and caring server., he is definitely missed ????

I am not sure who Emel Mason is, I worked with Tony and he was great! I am a big fan of Michael Turner, and they are some big shoes to fill, and Tony is doing a great job at it.

I was completely satisfied with the service of my 2014 Lincoln , MKS, my Lincoln has never had service anyplace else accept East West Lincoln, I was kept informed, periodically about the progress on the service, everyone was very pleasant as usually!
