Nothing was done. I was surprised to note that your company will play such level of pranks. I came to you for help and you left me in the cold; even a novice in auto services would not display the kind of gimmick you demonstrated; and you expect me to give you any rating. I am disappointed.

It took 7 days for them to look at my car and about 10 day to fix it. Service advisor tried to convince me that nothing was wrong with vehicle and the unusual sound was normal. I had to drop by the shop for progress reports. It’s been my worse experience in over 10yrs in dealing with East West Lincoln

I was a little taken aback by the fact that there was a problem with my brakes since I had just had my brakes repaired on May 12, 2022 (costing me $794.08). I felt that the service and repair at that time did not do a complete job of discovering/repairing the entire problem, which cost me an additional $2300.08 (which includes other problems discovered with my sensors). I am at a loss to see how the additional problem with my brakes could have been missed the first time around. Madeline L
