They were completely unaware of my appointment which was made thru the app, then after I talked to the service manager he assured me they could get it done. The waiting room had no water or any type of vending machine, the bathroom was located up two flights of steps, not to considerate to a person who has a lung disability. I was expecting better from a premium dealership.i own a Lexus and I'm telling you that both are the top of the line in their companies and by far Lexus is the better dealership .
