My engine light came on. I arrived at 8:15 and my car was repaired and I was on my way home by 10:10. You can't ask for anything more. Plus a car wash. Top shelf.

The car was delivered to me friday May 25th and I was told that the car was fixed. It rained on Monday May 28th and when I opened the drivers door water gushed out. This is extremely frustrating and embarrassing! I purchased a luxury vehicle that has had the same problem since when the salesman showed me the vehicle. I was told someone left a window down and that is why water was in the vehicle. The vehicle has been serviced twice and now it is still not fixed. I’m extremely frustrated at this pint with East West Lincoln!

I appreciated the use of a newer model Lincoln sedan as a loaner while my car was being serviced. Mike addressed all of my concerns, & my car appears to be running beautifully! He also communicated with me several times to keep me updated as to the status of my vehicle! I also appreciated having my car washed before I picked it up. I will continue to have Mike & his team service my car @ East West Lincoln in Hyattsville!

We drive 1 hour away to come and repair our cars because of Mike Turner , he’s the best I’ve ever seen as service manager, I’ve had 6 Lincoln’s since 1991 !!

I have been to several dealerships for vehicle repairs and the Left very disappointed with the the work-being charged for work that was never done, bad customer service, no resolution for my concerns. I’m happy with the service ...big difference Thanks

The work was done well and came in under the estimate. However, it took longer (4.5 hours) than estimated (2-3 hours). Had I known, I would have asked for a loaner.
