As in the past, and on my last visit to your shop, the team provided me with an estimate without a cost breakout for repairs and parts. Then the statement regarding additional money that may have been needed for “unknown repair cost “ that I would have been charged in addition to $2,400.00 did it for me. Also, it’s a problem when I ask questions. Therefore, I will not be returning to your shop for any further repairs.
