Mike listened to what services I told him I wanted performed on my vehicle, & he checked everything off my list! He treated me in a friendly & professional manner! I received several texts from the service dept. telling me how the services were progressing! I was given a loaner car to use while my car was @ the dealership, & that enabled me to run errands & keep appointments previously scheduled! I am always very pleased with the service I receive @ East West Lincoln, & enjoy the relationships I have developed over the years with the staff!!

I came in for a wheel alignment and to check why my windshield wiper fluid was not coming through. I was contacted at 11:44 am by Micheal Turner saying that my car was ready.. I asked why what was the issue windshield fluid. He said he forgot and they would check it after lunch. I never received a call back, so I came back after 3:00 pm. I asked about it a 2nd time and he said the mechanic went home early and I can come back the next day. This is not acceptable customer service because I never receive a call back and I was waiting in the area. And tthe issue not resolved. For this reason I will take my business elsewhere.
