Went in for oil change and 3 additional items. Did get the oil change. I was told the 3 additional items were fixed or not a problem. I still have all 3 issues. 1) Slow driver side tire leak. The tire still goes low and sets off the indicator every 4-5 days. I was told no issue found. As you can see there is still an issue 2) Clock in system will not sync correctly (GPS Sync). Say it is 2:55 PM. If you click automatic for the clock it will show an obscure time like 11:12 AM. I have to manually set clock and update as it loses a minute every week or so. Was told that it was fixed. It was not 3) I asked for new wipers on the front. Was told new wipers were installed. I drove in the rain last night and it was terrible. Could barely see out the window as the wipers were streaking so bad. Now I am supposed to take time off again from work to bring my car in?? Tom Misuraca

Unfortunately, there was a backlog and the repair took longer than I would have liked. David managed the situation very well and I trust he did everything he could to support the best possible service. Because of his work, I’ll be back to Sierra with future service needs.
