Kept my car for 3 day until got the part needed instead of telling me you don't have the part, and was not given certificate when picked up my car
The attendant outside, who receives the cars was very rude.. he said 2 to 3 hours for an oil change.. the man inside was very nice and it only took 1 hour... no one told me they had a ride service to take me home, but since it only took 1 hour instead of 3, that didnt become an issue. Plus, they didnt have the pet for the recall on my Jeep !!!!
Wendell was awesome and kept me informed of every step of my repairs as well as let me know about a recall I hadn't heard of when dealing with a part in my car. Thank you Wendell!
