The loaner car smelled horrible. My experience was not the best, but I feel that Steven helped me out as best as he could and helped me put in a formal complaint with management.
They really cared about my needs. My service writer went above and beyond to take care of my car and me. For instance, I have a mobility issue and when I picked the car up he brought to me so I wouldn't have to walk out to where it was parked. As I was really hurting that day, his thoughtfulness meant a lot to me. It was a kind thing to do. Bravo!
