Steven was friendly, courteous and helpful. I appreciate all of his efforts in making my service experience a pleasant one.
Honestly, I was bummed the dealership did not provide a courtesy car wash. But I guess I was spoiled as my prior car was a BMW and they always provided that service.
My other item is more of an operational concern but from a customer perspective it does not look logical. When I came to pick up my car the representatives who were available and not actively serving a customer made me wait for the the representative who checked my car in saying that that rep had my paperwork. I wish the rep could have helped me rather than making me wait for someone who was busy. To me the reps could work as a team and all serve customers regardless of who checked the car in:
My car was idling rough this morning and that was after i warmed it up and the blue light had turned off. In addition, I hear a clattering noise when the engine first goes on, musty smell still exist.
Brought car in the evening before my appointment and they were able to complete service the same afternoon and get my car back to me in a timely fashion.
Victor was very helpful and professional. He assisted me in a very timely basis and my car was finished ahead of schedule.
We continue to come to Sierra because if the stellar service provided by advisor Jaime Vega. ALWAYS the best!!!

Chris was timely, kind, responsive, and thorough. I couldn’t ask for more.
He not only helped me to have the airbag replaced, also advised me that the vehicle needs fluid refill, duct cleaning, brake light bulbs replaced, and the like. So I listened to his professional advice and asked for the work done. This makes the vehicle safer to drive. I really appreciate his knowledge and professional service.
I waited less time than estimated and victor was such a great help.
